An easy and quick recipe from the 30 minute cook, Rachel Ray. This can be made in 5 minutes and tastes great!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Bottle chilled Rumball Sparkling Shiarz - $22.99 (375ml)
- 1 pint raspberries
- 12 Strawberries, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 4 seedless grapes
Combine fruit, except grapes, in a pitcher. Muddle berries together to extract juices, mix in sugar. Fill pitch with Shiraz. Add 1 grape to each Champagne glass. The yeast on the grape skins will help retain some fizz in your drink. Spoon a bit of the muddled berry from the pitcher into each glass then pour in the liquid. Serve immediately.
