Wine: A Gift Sure to Please
Advice from Wine Taster Jill Stacey
Choosing a wine is a matter of taste. So how do you know your gift will be appreciated? Most people will enjoy any good wine, which is why I've created this list of wines that are extremely good and reasonably priced with fun or sophisticated labels. So don’t be afraid to create a gift basket or just buy a bottle of wine in a unique container! Wine is one of those gifts that can be enjoyed during the holiday season, or beyond. So rest assured - the people on your list will really enjoy these wines:
Three Saints Cabernet Sauvignon ~ Santa Ynez Valley California ~ $21.99
Great Holiday Themed Label and beautiful wine. From our Mellow Selection Three Saints has forward aromas of ripe plum and dark cherry with balanced oak and a touch of dried her and mineral. Concentrated flavors of plum, cherry and boysenberry. 'Tis the season for Cab!
Huntington Petite Sirah ~ California ~ $18.99
The label is a piece of art and has a local story to it. Ken Schilling is a Peoria Artist that is creating a series of paintings that are now the labels for Huntington. Huntington Vineyards utilizes the Falcon in their vineyards to keep small rodents and small birds away from eating their grapes. This is their first production of Petite Sirah and it is in our Bold Style. Your mouth will fly with the flavors of dark berries, plums with spicy overtones and a lingering layered finish.
Mionetto il Rose’ ~ Italy—$14.99
A gentle sparkling Rose’ that is lively fresh and fruity. Great for appetizers, with dessert and especially for the new wine drinker. This wine is in our Fruity Style and is in a cute “Soda Top” Bottle and looks adorable in a basket with some chocolate and WineStyles own Raspberry Chocolate Bath Salts! A great gift for a special someone!

This label is for the music lover in your life. With a Saxophone on the label and a wonderfully slightly sweet medium bodied wine that pairs well with turkey! You can’t go wrong with a CD of Jazz, a candle and this bottle of wine! Silky!
Killer Bee Chardonnay ~ Chile $12.99
A fun bright label that is also a great Chardonnay. With the low price you can’t go wrong! Complex, ripe fruit aromas of pineapple and banana, with honey vanilla, and a toasted wood character. Concentrated flavors of tropical citrus and minerals. From our Silky Selection!
