Hello Marty,
What kind of workouts did you do during pregnancy? You always look great!
Hi Kara,
During my pregnancy, I lifted weights three days a week and walked for up to an hour five days a week. When I got bigger towards the end of the pregnancy, I stuck to walking only. I really believe that kept me fit and led to an easy delivery. It also helped get me right back into my workouts right after my baby was born.
