Chris Powell is helping transform 12 Sweet Connection members and he's sharing the program with our Sweet Start Club. Here's the plan for Week One.
Preparation for Success
Our 12 Sweet Start Team members and 6 alternates will be using the STAX System to control their food intake, portions, and meal timing throughout the day. The STAX Program creates combinations and menus of your favorite foods, then portions them perfectly in a portable carrier for nutrition success. Chris strongly recommends you purchase and use the STAX System to guide you through your transformation. If you are using STAX, here are your instructions.
- To get your meal plan and menu, log into the member’s section of www.staxsystem.com with your STAX Passcode and print out your portions, weekly menu and grocery list
- Go to the grocery store and purchase all of the necessary foods for your first week
- Print out the recipes and quick fix foods on your STAX Program, & prepare your first week of foods in bulk on Sunday and Wednesday (or whichever days work best in your schedule)
If you are not using STAX, Chris is providing a nutrition guide for you to go along with the supplement and exercise programs.
Create an Environment for Success
- Throw out all of the "cheat" or "limited" foods in your refrigerator, pantry, and any other stored places in the house

You can find all of these items at your local Target, Wal-Mart, Pharmacy, and grocery store.
- Place a stretching towel or exercise mat in front of the main TV…and keep it there!
1 Supplementation Program
- Start with the psyllium fiber colon cleanse for this first week to clean the intestines and colon.
- We will begin the weight loss supplement phase next week!

2 Nutrition Program
- Follow Phase 1 (Slingshot) on the STAX program for the first week to reset and boost the metabolism.
- We will begin the Weight Loss phase next week!
- Begin drinking 1 gallon of water daily
3 Exercise Program
- Perform Dynamic Warm-Up every morning for 10 minutes
- 30 minutes brisk walking Monday thru Friday MORNING. This first week, we just want to slowly introduce your body to exercise and raising the heartrate. For the exercise-a-holics, to begin a transformation you must allow your body a break from intense exercise for a week or so – walking is best! If you need to, set your alarm clock a half hour early to exercise in the morning. Exercise in the morning is much more effective for weight loss than exercise in the evening.
