Sweet Start

Chris is leading us through his 12 week transformation program for improved fitness and nutrition.  Click to go back to week one.

Prepare for Success

  1. You should have purchased your cooking tools by now at your local Target or Wal-Mart to make your food prep easier:

    • Rice Cooker: $25
    • Foreman Grill: $19-$25
    • Blender (optional): $19-$25
    • Toaster (optional): $19-$25

  2. Go to the grocery store and purchase all of the necessary foods for your second week

  3. Prepare your second week of foods in bulk on Sunday and Wednesday (or whichever days work best in your schedule)

Supplementation

  1. I recommend a multivitamin

  2. For coffee drinkers, I also recommend a B-Complex to help restore the adrenals

Nutrition

  1. Time to transition from Phase 1 (Slingshot) to Phase 2 (Weight Loss)

  2. Continue to drink at least 1 gallon of water daily

Exercise

  • Follow bodyweight workout every other morning

  • On the mornings of your workouts, follow the Dynamic Warm-Up first

  • On the mornings between workouts, go on a brisk walk for 30 minutes
