Prepare for Success
- You should have purchased your cooking tools by now at your local Target or Wal-Mart to make your food prep easier:
- Rice Cooker: $25
- Foreman Grill: $19-$25
- Blender (optional): $19-$25
- Toaster (optional): $19-$25
- Go to the grocery store and purchase all of the necessary foods for your second week
- Prepare your second week of foods in bulk on Sunday and Wednesday (or whichever days work best in your schedule)
Supplementation
- I recommend a multivitamin
- For coffee drinkers, I also recommend a B-Complex to help restore the adrenals
Nutrition
- Time to transition from Phase 1 (Slingshot) to Phase 2 (Weight Loss)
- Continue to drink at least 1 gallon of water daily
Exercise
- Follow bodyweight workout every other morning
- On the mornings of your workouts, follow the Dynamic Warm-Up first
- On the mornings between workouts, go on a brisk walk for 30 minutes
