Becky from Phoenix is tired of the weight loss roller coaster.

Dear Chris,

I have hypothyroidism and my weight has been like a roller coaster, is there any hope for me to feel better about myself and to keep the weight off?

Dear Becky,

Absolutely! The first step is to make sure that the doctor has your thyroid medicine stabilized at a level that works for you. Once you’ve got your body stabilized form the inside-out, then you are ready to transform!

The next step is to find a sensible and realistic nutrition plan for YOU. There are over 1000 diet books in publication today, and to be honest – most of the work! However, 9 out of 10 people fail on a diet in the first week because the diet doesn’t fit into their lifestyle. Don’t be a statistic. Find a plan that works for you, and keep in mind – you must prepare for success…it doesn’t just happen! By this, I mean that to make a nutrition plan REALLY work, you must know which foods to buy at the grocery store, you must prepare them in advance in bulk, store them in the fridge, and then carry them with you throughout the day to ensure that you are eating frequently to keep your metabolism high.

I know this seems like a lot, but don’t freak out! The secret to success is to purchase the tools that will make your transformation easy. These are the tools that you will need:
