Scalloped Corn

"This has been a family favorite for many years. My children loved it growing up and now whenever we have a family gathering they always want to have it."
Ingredients
3/4 Cup cracker crumbs
2 T melted butter
1 can cream style corn (17 oz.)
1 Cup evaporated milk
1 egg, beaten
1 small onion, minced
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Mix 1/4 cup crumbs with butter.
- Combine rest of crumbs and remaining ingredients.
- Pour into greased casserole and top with the buttered crumbs.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
