Veggie Pizza

To make this veggie pizza a little lighter, use non-fat sour cream and reduced fat cream cheese (neufchatel) for the sauce, and spread it thinly on reduced fat crescent rolls.
INGREDIENTS
2 tubes - Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
3 packets - Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix packets
Big tub of Sour Cream
Big tub of spreadable Cream Cheese
Veggies of your choice. I use the veggies that are already packaged for stir fry.
INSTRUCTIONS
Spread crescents out on a 13 X 13 baking pan, touching all sides. Bake according to directions. Cool completely.
Mix Hidden Valley dressing packets according to the Dip directions, using 1/2 part sour cream and 1/2 part cream cheese, per packet. Mix well.
Cut the veggies of your choice into bite size pieces.
Spread the ranch dip on the cooled pan of crescent rolls and top with veggies.
Refrigerate for about an hour. ENJOY!
