Orange Fun

INGREDIENTS:
1 small container Cool Whip
1 small box orange Jello
1 16 oz. container small curd cottage cheese
1 small can mandarin oranges (drained)
DIRECTIONS:

Stir all 4 ingredients well. Serve. Enjoy. HOW SIMPLE IS THAT? This can be molded, and looks nice in small, individual molds garnished w/extra mandarin orange slices and mint leaves.
