No-Bake Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS:
2 packages cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
8 oz container whipped topping
lemon juice (optional)
1 can cherry (or your favorite) pie filling
Graham cracker crust pie shell*
DIRECTIONS:

Beat the cream cheese and sugar together. Fold in whipped topping and a little lemon juice (optional) until blended. Pour mixture into crust. Pour pie filling on top. Refrigerate for about an hour and serve.

* You can use a store bought one or make your own. Or try chocolate or cinnamon graham cracker crust for a fun twist!
