When Should You Tell the Kids?

When a single mom meets a man, how long should she wait to introduce him to her kids, and what are the consequences? It's only been 4 weeks.
This man doesn't believe in God and she does. What are the results of a relationship like that?
Dear Wondering,
It depends on the relationship, it depends on the kids, their ages, their maturity levels, a lot of things. Only the people involved can make that call. As far as religion and spirituality goes, it's such an individual concern - it's something the two people have to resolve between themselves. Anything can work out with enough love and effort.
