Why are your services unique?
As one of the youngest pet sitters in the industry I have to make myself stand out from the crowd. I became an Accredited Pet Sitter through Pet Sitters International. I also became certified for Pet CPR & First Aid through the American Red Cross. I have developed a rigid training program for my sitters including Pet CPR and continuous educational courses. I attend at least one Pet Sitters Conference per year. I went to one in Miami in January of 2006, one in Phoenix in October 2006, and am going to one in Texas during January 2007.
What is a typical Pet Sitter Order?
Professional Pet Sitting provides customized pet care in your home while also including home services. Our most common services are “visits” and “overnights.” During a visit the sitter is in your home for approx. 20-30 minutes, or longer, until the job gets done. During that visit we spend our time as you wish, including- feeding the pets, walking dogs, scooping litter, bringing in mail, putting out the trash, and watering plants, among other things. Overnights include approx 10 consecutive overnight hours. We arrive between 8 and 9pm and stay until 6-7am.
Tell us a little about yourself:
My name is Holly and I’m an Arizona native raised in Glendale. I attended Saint Mary’s High School and then received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies at Arizona State University. During my rare “down” time I can be found riding quads in the desert, Scrapbooking, or volunteering for various organizations.
How did you get started in the business?
I definitely fell into the business. I started as a hobby sitter and soon found out that if I wanted to be taken seriously I needed to become a Professional Pet Sitter. After researching online and at the library I joined numerous organizations for pet sitters, got my business license, became insured, and then became a limited liability corporation. Every day I get a little smarter and learn something new. I am looking forward to continued expansion to provide quality pet care valley wide. I am also interested in opening a Pet Resort in the West Valley.

We are happy to offer Sweet Reward Members a 10% Discount on every
non-holiday invoice, but would like members to know that because of the nature of our services, they are not guaranteed. We only service parts of Glendale, Peoria, and Phoenix. We cannot offer discounts during Holidays. We recommend that you call today to schedule a consultation so that we can be prepared for your next trip as soon as possible! Established clients have an easier time making last minute reservations. |
