We had a chance to sit down with Jenni Hailer and Keri Ouellet, owners of Twirl Boutique. Here's what they had to say.

How did you get started in this business and why?
Keri and I were serial bridesmaids. After a combined 16 stints in this role, and having to wear several scary dresses, we decided it was about time to bring a fresh look and style to Arizona bridesmaids. We had a lot of experience and wanted to cater to bridesmaids, and their role, on a bride's special day.

What is your boutique known for?
We are known for impeccable customer service, it is our number one priority. We are known for being hip and unique, and offering quality fabrics and exclusive designs.

What type of merchandise do you sell?
Bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, prom and graduation dresses, ‘alternative’ bridal gowns, shoes, gifts and accessories, and jewelry.

What differentiates you from other boutiques?
Most lines we carry in our store are exclusive and can’t be found anywhere else in the Valley. We do not have the typical bridal boutique ‘feel’ or look. Our store is inviting and has an intimate atmosphere.

What is your newest or hottest selling item?
Goddess dresses by Thread and chiffon/charmeuse dresses (Carmella and Scarlett) by Jenny Yoo.

What is the price range of your merchandise? 
Low $200’s to $400 for bridesmaids, $300-$800 for bridal. $30-$200 for jewelry. $88-$110 for shoes.

What else should our members know about your store?
We recommend making an appointment to try on dresses. All of our dresses are made-to-order and production typically takes 12 weeks, though rush orders are available. Various colors, fabrics, trims, and lengths are available for the majority of our designs.
